Who should stay on Square Appointments

We'd rather you didn't switch if:

  • You run one location and want a free plan. Square's free plan costs less than Dayfill's AU$110 a month, GST included, so if you don't need the extra features, stay.
  • You already take payments on Square hardware and want bookings, point of sale and card processing from one company.
  • You want one company to process your card payments, rather than your own Stripe account.

Switching is a checklist, not a leap.

You keep trading the whole time, and you approve the result before a single client sees it.

  1. 1

    Export from your current system

Download your clients, services, appointments and open gift vouchers from your current booking system's own export tools. Ten minutes, and it keeps working while you do it.

  2. 2

Upload it yourself, or we will

Upload your exports in Setup → Import. Prefer us to do it? Send them over and we will, free.

  3. 3

    You check it first

Walk through your calendar side by side before anything goes live. Nothing switches until you say it's right.

  4. 4

    Go live when ready

Point your booking link at the new page. Clients book on a page with your name and colours, with no other shops on it. Migration is free.

Square Appointments figures read from its own pages on 22/10/2026; where a page doesn't say, we say so rather than guess. Square Appointments is a trademark of its owner; Dayfill isn't affiliated with it. Prices change, so check Square Appointments' Australian pricing page for current ones.
