Bookable is a flat AU$110 a month including GST for the whole business, with no marketplace and no new-client fees. Clients book on your own brand, and payments go to your own Stripe account.

Fresha charges a monthly subscription, AU$44.95 for one bookable team member (Independent) or AU$29.95 per bookable team member (Team), both excluding GST, plus a one-off 20% fee (minimum AU$8) on a brand-new client's first booking when that client found the business through the Fresha Marketplace. Fresha charges no fee on returning clients.

Who should stay on Fresha

We'd rather you didn't switch if:

  • Most of your new clients find you by browsing the Fresha app, not through Google, Instagram or word of mouth. We don't run a marketplace, so we can't replace that.
  • You're a one-person business that sends few texts. Fresha's Independent plan is about AU$49.45 a month including GST, less than our AU$110.
  • You want one company to process your card payments and run your bookings, rather than your own Stripe account.

You keep trading the whole time, and you approve the result before a single client sees it.

    Export from your current system

    Download your clients, services, appointments and open gift vouchers from your current booking system's own export tools. Ten minutes, and it keeps working while you do it.

    Upload it yourself, or we will

    Upload your exports in Setup → Import. Prefer us to do it? Send them over and we will, free.

    You check it first

    Walk through your calendar side by side before anything goes live. Nothing switches until you say it's right.

    Go live when ready

    Point your booking link at the new page. Clients notice nothing except that it's your name on everything. Migration is free.
